Chefactory is the unique project of Francesco Arancio, who, after 20 years of experience in the culinary industry all around the world. Chefactory is where Francesco’s passion for food comes alive- and he strives to spread the Italian food culture.
Chefactory Cooking Academy started in the Summer of 2016 on the foundation of sharing authentic Italian and Mediterranean Cuisine. All of our chefs have spent their lives pursuing their love of taste, tradition, and humility through the art of cooking. We have always focused on choosing the best quality organic ingredients, especially when it comes to fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish. Our main purpose of doing this work is just this: we wish to pass our traditions, history, life, and the art of Tuscan cuisine, onto you.
Chefactory is committed to spreading awareness of a food culture that boasts core values of the creation of healthy food, while also focusing heavily on using raw materials in the most sustainable ways possible with minimal amounts of waste.
