Ravioli with light sauces to savor the excellent fillings, fettuccine with excellent sauces or seasonal pestos, potato or pumpkin gnocchi with excellent typical ragouts, all this always thanks to our “0” km products, from Italian flour to all other raw materials.
Then , finally the satisfaction of tasting everything with wine to match and at the farewell the recipe booklet to take away with you a small souvenir of CHEFACTORY COOKING ACADEMY and have fun with friends and family when you return.
The afternoon North-South Italian Pasta class is held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 4:45 p.m., lasting about 3 hours.
The morning North to South Italian Pasta class is held Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 10:45 a.m., with a duration of about 3 hours.
