Chefactory Cooking Academy started in Summer 2016 with the idea of sharing the real Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

Our chefs spend all their life pursuing love for taste, tradition, and humility in learning the art of cooking.  This art is infinitely large and full of constant changes, beautiful scents, vibrant colours and unconditional love.

We put a lot of passion in choosing the best quality organic products, fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.

The reason why we do this work is just one: we wish to transmit our traditions, history, life and art of Tuscan cuisine to you.
